Hasbro today revealed a brand new Gladiator Hulk figure inspired by Hulk’s appearance on Sakaar in Thor: Ragnarok. This 6-inch-scale figure stands tall at 8.375 inches without helmet. While wearing the removable helmet (which has a mohawk), it is 9.25 inches tall to the very top. The figure also comes with 5 entertainment-inspired accessories including an alternate head and gladiator helmet.
As comic fans are well aware, the MCU version of Gladiator Hulk takes inspiration from the “Planet Hulk” storyline that saw everyone’s favorite Jade Giant banished by the Illuminati (consisting of Black Bolt, Tony Stark, Doctor Strange, and Reed Richards) to the alien world of Sakaar. It was there that the Hulk became a slave and gladiator, eventually rising to take over the throne of Sakaar.
