Venom 3 star Tom Hardy gave followers a glimpse into the much-anticipated Marvel movie. The British actor recently posted a new behind-the-scenes photo on his Instagram account, teasing his return to Sony’s Universe of Marvel Characters.
The behind-the-scenes post shows Tom Hardy in full Eddie Brock attire, alongside a graffiti representation of a bear. With a raw, primal scream directed towards the bear, Hardy channels the intensity of his dual Marvel role for Venom 3.
Earlier this week, Tom Hardy was captured on camera filming scenes for Venom 3. in Mexico. The shooting location and timing of the set snaps strongly suggest that Hardy’s Eddie Brock may be navigating a sequence set during the vibrant and iconic Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead) celebrations, hinting at a connection to the post-credits scene of Spider-Man: No Way Home.
What to expect from the next Venom movie
Avi Arad, Matt Tolmach, Amy Pascal and Hutch Parker are producing Venom 3. The four were also involved with the first two Venom movies, which were directed by Ruben Fleischer and Andy Serkis. Kelly Marcel is making her directorial debut with the third installment.
