The full trailer for High School Musical: The Musical: The Series Season 4 includes romance and a reunion of the original High School Musical cast, previewing the show’s final episodes ahead of its Disney+ debut on August 9.
The trailer includes a glimpse of the secret romance between Gina (Sofia Wylie) and Ricky (Joshua Bassett), with cameos from original High School Musical stars like Corbin Bleu, Monique Coleman, Lucas Grabeel, Bart Johnson, Alyson Reed, and Kaycee Stroh. Check it out below:
What To Know About High School Musical: The Musical: The Series Season 4
“Season 4 will see the Wildcats returning to East High, where they prepare a stage production of 2008’s High School Musical 3: Senior Year,” according to the logline. “But, in a meta twist signature to the series, plans are disrupted when Disney announces the long-awaited High School Musical 4: The Reunion movie will shoot on location at their beloved high school.”
The eight-episode series, which will release all at once, features a large ensemble cast. Along with Wylie and Bassett, the cast includes Dara Reneé, Julia Lester, Frankie Rodriguez, Kate Reinders, and Liamani Segura.
Recurring guests include Mark St. Cyr, Matt Cornett, Larry Saperstein, Joe Serafini, Adrian Lyles, and Saylor Bell Curda.
