DC picks two of its most celebrated stories with Crisis on Infinite Earths and Watchmen
Crisis on Infinite Earths is an epic crossover event that rocked the DC universe in the mid-1980s. The 12-issue limited series was penned by writer Marv Wolfman and artist George Pérez, two of the most iconic figures in comic book history. This groundbreaking storyline blurred the lines between heroes and villains, and its dramatic ripple effects are still felt in the pages of DC Comics today.
On the other hand, Watchmen stands as a revered masterpiece in the comic book world, written by the illustrious Alan Moore, with stunning artwork by Dave Gibbons. This seminal work, which debuted in 1986, pushes the boundaries of superhero narratives and delves into philosophical and moral dilemmas.
