Erika Jayne appeared on Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge‘s podcast on Monday, where she and Teddi, 42, discussed the “demise” of their Fox Force Five friend group.
As she also shared which of her co-stars had the “hardest” time during filming on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 13, teased the premiere date for the new episodes, and looked back on a run-in with Denise Richards, 52, Erika answered Teddi’s question about how “drunk” Denise seemed to be at Kyle Richards‘ THC-infused cast dinner.
“She had her jacket on upside down,” Erika, 52, replied on the August 28 episode of Two Ts in a Pod.
Looking back at the start of the meal, Erika said that because the chef Kyle hired is a “well-respected chef” who cooks “really lovely, beautiful, fine cuisine,” she ate his THC-infused dishes before being confronted by an unruly Denise.
“I’m having a good time, and then Denise, who’s sitting across from me, starts bringing up sh*t from four or five years ago,” she recalled. “I literally was so confused, and so was the whole table. And [Cynthia Bailey, 56] said, ‘Could you bring up a specific thing?’ And she did but [said], ‘Just go watch the show.’ ‘Honey, we’re in the show.’ ‘You know what you did, just watch the show.’”
According to Erika, Denise mentioned her antics with Oliver at one point during their dinner.
“I’ve already apologized for that and we’ve made up. You don’t need to come back in three and half, four years later and try to check me,” Erika stated, adding that Denise called her a “f*cking bot monster,” as if she “sent the bots [who harassed] Garcelle’s son.”
Following the dinner, Erika ran into Denise again at a Taco Tuesday event.
“I was pissed. I was like, ‘You are misdirecting this anger. You need to take it out on Brandi Glanville, Lisa Rinna…’ she was checked out, and then she checked back in with me and then I had to check back in with her,” Erika explained.
Overall, Erika isn’t sure why Denise returned.
“That’s a question for her… I think Denise is a very sweet person, but you gotta show up,” she noted, giving a nod to how she quit filming before season 10 wrapped due to rumors of a hookup with Brandi, 50. “You can’t cut and run.”
While Erika then noted that Denise sent her “a very nice text after the [finale] party,” she hasn’t yet responded.
While Bravo has yet to confirm a premiere date for RHOBH season 13, Erika said, “I was told November, but I’m not sure.”
As for who had the “hardest season,” Erika gave that honor to Kyle, 54, whose marriage turmoil was spotlighted with additional scenes following claims of her alleged separation from Mauricio Umansky, 53.
“Kyle and the ‘why aren’t you wearing your wedding ring?’ Probably — from what I shot and what I’ve seen. But then again, unless there was some revelation that I wasn’t present for, I’m going with Kyle,” she revealed.
Also, on the podcast, Erika confirmed that the Fox Force Five are no longer texting one another in their former group chat.
“It’s not anymore, but it should return. I’m not sure [why it went silent],” Erika admitted.
Then, after Teddi recalls texting Dorit Kemsley, 47, for shading her style at BravoCon, and Erika looked back on dissing Dorit’s marriage to Paul “PK” Kemsley, 56, Teddi said that’s where their interaction ended.
“That was kinda the demise of our group chat,” she noted.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 13 is expected to premiere on Bravo later this year.
