A new report claims that Kroy Biermann is begging his estranged wife, Kim Zolciak, to sign off on selling their Georgia mansion.
According to TMZ, Kroy Biermann is begging Kim Zolciak to agree to begin the process of selling their Alpharetta, Georgia mansion. Kroy wants the house sold for the sake of their four minor children: Kroy Jr. “KJ,” 12, Kash, 11; and twins Kaia and Kane, 9.
Kim recently claimed that she was the one who suggested selling their marital home. However, she has yet to sign off on selling the house, which is why Kroy has requested an emergency court hearing to get the ball rolling.
Kroy Biermann‘s lawyer, Marlys A. Bergstrom, says that Kim’s posturing needs to end as she and Kroy’s financial issues are dire.
Bergstrom says the former NFL star is over the “gamesmanship” and “wants what’s in the best interest of everyone involved — including their 4 children,” which means selling their family home and collecting whatever equity they can to pay off their mourning debt.
Per Kroy’s attorney, the family is in a “deep [financial] hole” at the moment. They’re also on the verge of losing their house for good as Kroy struggles to make the monthly mortgage payments. Despite Kroy selling personal items to make mortgage payments, the home is still on the verge of foreclosure yet again.
Unless Kim and Kroy act swiftly, they will be out on the streets. The estranged couple’s debt continues to grow. Not only do Kim and Kroy owe over a million in back taxes, but they also have various other lawsuits over unpaid credit cards and gambling debts.
Now, Kroy is begging Kim to sign off on the sale of their house so they can offload the property ASAP.
Kim has reportedly refused to meet Kroy halfway, so Kroy is requesting a judge sign off on the sale of their marital home. This court hearing won’t be necessary if Kim plays ball.
The 37-year-old attorney’s insists that Kroy isn’t trying to hurt Kim. He simply wants to do what’s best for their children and family moving forward.
