RHONY star Brynn Whitfield fires back at social media trolls who are suggesting that she’s an escort or sugar baby.
On Friday, Brynn Whitfield tore into internet trolls amid rumors that she funds her luxurious lifestyle by being an escort or sugar baby.
“Brynn, you mad because Jenna [Lyons] doesn’t have to log into Seeking Arrangement in order to afford a business class seat? Cuz that’s exactly what it’s giving,” the Bravo fan account Botox and Bravo shared.
The RHONY star called the claims “disgusting” and “super gross.”
“Reposting things about [her] being an escort or sugar baby is disgusting,” Brynn wrote in a DM to the account. “You should be ashamed.”
She continued, “My CV is 5 pages long, and my career is more decorated than most. There were countless days I was working so much I couldn’t even film most of the time. I can’t help if the [editor] chooses to not include that. When you’re at the point I am in my career, you get to do this amazing thing called consulting, which is what I do now for two skincare brands.”
Brynn then shared a bio detailing her career in Public Relations.
“Anyone else wanna get blocked today?” Brynn quipped. “I don’t use social media to show me sitting on Zoom calls and making 50-page long business decks. Don’t confuse yourself.”
“It’s out of my control if you don’t get to see me working and only see one side of me. Take it up with someone else, but you’re sure as hell not going to say gross stuff about me, sweetie,” she added.
Meanwhile, Brynn has also addressed speculation that she is “rich.”
“Quite the opposite,” Brynn revealed, noting that she told production during her audition process for RHONY, “I’m neither married nor rich, and I don’t own a house. I think you’re talking to the wrong New Yorker.”
“I’ve worked super hard and made a modest life for myself,” she explained. “It’s not rocket science, you guys: Work in corporate America + No KIDS + no HUSBAND = money for yourself.”
“I hope and pray for the day when I have all the expenses that comes w/ kids, husbands, houses and dogs,” she continued. “But that day hasn’t come yet, so in the interim, I’m going to enjoy this bit of security & freedom while I still have it.”
Season 14 of RHONY airs on Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
