Pitch meets playlist in the new soundtrack for EA Sports FC 24.
Over 100 artists representing more than 30 countries feature on the game’s official soundtrack, which includes a striking amount of electronic music. Tracks from MEDUZA, Sam Gellaitry, ODESZA, salute, DROELOE, IMANU, Kaleena Zanders, Ternion Sound, SLUMBERJACK and many more appear. Meanwhile, superstars from around the contemporary music world include Kendrick Lamar, Karol G, Baby Keem, Stormzy, Jack Harlow, J. Cole and The Rolling Stones.
And what would a soundtrack be without Skrillex, Fred again.. and Flowdan’s “Rumble,” which continues to function as a gift that keeps on giving.
“The premiere of EA Sports FC 24 delivers a definitive global soundtrack that builds on innovation and authenticity like never before,” Steve Schnur, EA’s President of Music, said in a statement. “We’ve curated a player experience that celebrates diversity and discovery via new music and artists that defies genres, erases borders, creates football culture, and powers football life. It’s the next chapter in The World’s Game, set to music like never before.”
The hotly anticipated soccer video game serves as the inaugural installment of the new EA Sports FC series following the end of Electronic Arts’ longtime partnership with FIFA. The developers of EA Sports FC 24, however, retained the licenses necessary for fans to continue experiencing the most authentic stadiums, teams and leagues from around the world, per Charlie INTEL.
EA Sports FC 24 will be released on September 29th, 2023, but early access will be available via the game’s “Ultimate Edition” starting on September 22nd. It’ll ultimately be available on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch.
