Emily Simpson is one hot Housewife! The RHOC star continues to flaunt her fit frame on Instagram while dishing on her recent 40 pound weight loss!
The 47-year-old Bravo star is as proud as a peacok amid her ongoing fitness journey. The longtime RHOC star showed off her recent weight loss while posing in a swimsuit on her Instagram Story.
In the photo, Emily Simpson looks teeny-tiny in a little white bikini that showed off all of her hard work.
Around the same time, Emily also opened up about her 40 pound weight loss while showing off her body transformation thanks to exercise, diet, plastic surgery, and Ozempic. More on that later.
Alongside a video slide of Emily’s weight loss journey, the RHOC star wrote:
Around age 42 I gained 40 pounds and it wasn’t until now (age 47) that I was able to finally get it off and feel like my old self again…
Just to be clear though… I rocked a bathing suit on TV for 5 years and never felt ugly or not confident in myself or my body. Not once.
I am the strongest (mentally and physically) right now … at age 47 …and I will continue to improve myself daily. My only competition is Me.

Back in June, Emily Simspon confessed to using Ozempic and liposuction to shed excess weight while appearing on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live.
“I don’t know what happened. I think I just went for four months hard when we were filming, and I ate too much, drank too much, and just didn’t get enough sleep, didn’t exercise,” Emily shared, adding that she was feeling “really depressed” since she “gained weight.”
When Emily went to the doctor after filming wrapped for season 17 of RHOC, she learned she was pre-diabetic. During the appointment, the doctor suggested Emily try the diabetes-turned-weight loss drug Ozempic, which she agreed to do.
“So I did. I did that in December. For one month, and you know, that was a great kickstart for me,” she explained, noting that she lost five to seven pounds on Ozempic.
Emily insists she stopped taking Ozempic because it left her exhausted.
Then in January of 2023, Emily went under the knife. The Bravoleb had a breast reduction along with liposuction on her arms, which she reveals “always bothered” her.
Many in the know, have called BS on Emily’s claim that she only took Ozmepic for “one month.”
