Lauren Manzo has posted a couple of new before and after photos of her weight loss to her fans and followers on Instagram after confirming her use of Mounjaro months ago.
Years after having her band removed, and after revealing she lost a whopping 50 pounds with the diabetes medication in February, the Real Housewives of New Jersey alum, 35, and daughter of series OG Caroline Manzo, 62, shared a dramatic look at her weight loss journey.
“I’ve had a ton of DM’s asking me about my weight loss experience,” Lauren began in her September 4 post. “From surgery, functional medicine (which changed my life) giving up gluten [and] dairy … I still miss it but it’s been worth it! And of course, my experience with Mounjaro to lose my last 30 [pounds].”
Although Lauren plans to share a video with all the details of her weight loss “soon,” she’s grateful for the support she’s already received from her online audience.
“Thank you all for your kind words and support. [I] feel amazing and happy to feel like ‘me’ again. I don’t even know that girl on the left [and] I’m proud of how far I’ve come!” she declared.
In a TikTok video, Lauren also addressed having an “Ozempic face” which appears to be loose skin from losing weight too quickly. Lauren addressed a fan who wrote to her, “Wow, that Ozempic is really f**king working. You got that sunken in Ozempic face.”
“So this literal grownup coming for me for having Ozempic face. I know. I know I have Ozempic face. She’s just like being mean for no reason but it’s fine because I know I do,” said Lauren on TikTok. “I also have this flab under my chin from losing weight too fast and I’m working on tightening [it]. Someone else commented that I need to tone up. I know that I need to tone up… Look at these flabby a** arms. I joined a gym and I haven’t been going, and I have been lazy and prioritizing my home.”
Lauren adds that she is getting “facials” to work on her face, while also making it clear that she is well aware of all her imperfections and doesn’t need rude reminders.

Back in February, the RHONJ alum shared another couple of before and after photos, from 2020 and 2023, as she looked back on her weight struggles and explained her decision to “get healthy.”
“I started to go to therapy, working out, started to see a functional medicine doctor … found out what was going on to my body and naturally healed everything from the root of the problem instead of masking it with prescription medication,” Lauren shared.
“I still have a long road ahead and want to lose more weight [and] get into better shape but I’m proud of how far I’ve come since that first photo in 2020,” she added.
Dolores Catania, 52, has also used Mounjaro for weight loss.
“I wasn’t going to come to reunion looking bigger than anyone else so I got on the bandwagon,” she said on Watch What Happens Live in April ahead of the RHONJ season 13 reunion.
Weeks prior, Margaret Josephs, 56, admitted to taking a similar drug.
“I take them as a shot once a week, and that helps you lose weight and improves your metabolism,” she told Insider in March. “Everyone is like, ‘Marge, you look great.’”
“My cholesterol is down. All my blood work is better,” she added. “I want to stay around for the people I love, so I’m about maintaining myself. Because if you don’t have your health, you have nothing.”
Lauren and her family were featured on The Real Housewives of New Jersey from season one to season five and later appeared on mom Caroline’s spinoff, Manzo’d With Children, which ran on Bravo for three seasons.
