Kroy Biermann reportedly responded to wife Kim Zolciak’s motion to dismiss his divorce petition, claiming he has no “desire to reconcile” despite their “sexual relations.”
The Don’t Be Tardy star also indicated he “remains steadfast” in his desire to give their kids a “stable and calm [home] … the opposite of their current environment.”
According to recent court docs, per @thegoodthebadandthefake on Instagram, Kroy responded to Kim’s motion to dismiss.
“Petitioner has no desire to reconcile. The fact that he engaged in sexual relations with Respondent does not indicate a desire to reconcile,” read the document, which went on to say that Kroy “remains steadfast in his desire to divorce Respondent, leave the marital residence, with the children, and provide a home for them that is calm and stable; the opposite of their current environment.”
Per Radar, Kroy claimed Kim was discussing the idea of filing for bankruptcy as a way to clear their large sums of debt.
In the same response to the court, Kroy also alleged Kim has “made it clear that she does not intend to leave the residence, despite the fact the home is currently in pre-foreclosure. She has stated that she prefers to file for bankruptcy; a move that will ensure that the parties and their children will remain under the same roof for a significant period of time.”
The document added, “Without the receipt of equity from the sale of the marital residence, the parties cannot afford to move out of the residence and into new residences.”
