A judge recently laid down the law to Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann in court – Find out all the rulings the judge made in their ongoing divorce war!
The popular Instagram account @thegoodthebadthefake6 spilled all the tea on Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann‘s recent court hearing on Friday, September 29, in Atlanta, Georgia.
If you remember, on Thursday, September 28, AllAboutTRH reported that Judge Shermela J. Williams scolded Kim Zolciak‘s attorney, David Beaudry, for the Real Housewives of Atlanta OG’s failure to show up to a scheduled court hearing on Wednesday, September 27.
Beaudry explained that Kim Zolciak couldn’t attend the hearing because she was on a flight back to Atlanta from Colombia after filming MTV’s “The Surreal Life.”
Kim Zolciak’s attorney apologized for her absence, but the judge seemed “irritated.”
Judge Williams reminded Beaudry that Kim Zolciak’s “presence was not waived for today, so she is supposed to be here. I did not waive her presence.”
The judge went on to reschedule the hearing for Friday, September 29, noting that Wednesday’s hearing was a waste of the court’s time.
When Kim Zolciak and her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, showed up to court on Friday, Judge Williams didn’t go easy on the former Real Housewives star.
According to Instagram account @thegoodthebadthefake6, the first thing Judge Williams did was deny Kim’s motion to dismiss her and Kroy’s divorce.
In a petition — filed on Monday, September 25, Kim requested to have Kroy’s divorce petition dismissed, claiming that she and Kroy have repeatedly banged each other since he filed for divorce for the second time in August.
Judge Williams also granted Kroy’s petition to sell their $3 million Alpharetta, Georgia mansion, which is set to be foreclosed on in November.
“Due to lack of funds, Kim was not asked to move out but was ordered to sleep in the basement (maid’s quarters), and Kroy gets the master bedroom. They both have access to the kitchen,” @thegoodthebadthefake6 reported.
Kim argued with the judge over the ruling, saying that “she just had neck surgery and needed to sleep in the master bedroom on the expensive mattress.” However, Kroy noted that Kim “just spent two weeks in Columbia on a cheap queen mattress and did just fine.”
When it comes to Kim and Kroy’s incomes, Kroy makes $4500 a month from his NFL pension while Kim brings $5000 from sponsored posts on her social media pages.
The water in the former Bravo couple’s Georgia home has already been turned off, but their connection was restored due to “financial hardship.”
The judge ordered that Kim and her 26-year-old daughter, Brielle Biermann, share the Range Rover while Kroy gets the family’s Escalade.
The family’s Rolls Royce “is still locked in the garage.” Rumors have been swirling that creditors are allegedly trying to repo the vehicle.
In June 2023, court documents obtained by TMZ revealed that Kroy had failed to make lease payments on his and Kim’s 2020 Rolls-Royce Cullinan. As a result, BMW Financial Services demanded the former NFL star return the $400,000 vehicle.
“From July 2020 to July 2023 … BMW claims Kroy was supposed to turn over $5,297.64 each month for 36 months, totaling $190,715.04,” TMZ reported, adding that Kroy hadn’t made any payments on the luxury vehicle since September 2022 after months of coming up short in his payments.
On Friday, Kroy’s legal team also revealed to Judge Williams that Kim “has borrowed a total of $250k from a friend since 2022.”
In conclusion, Judge Williams warned both Kim and Kroy to “think about their children [because] they are watching everything they do.”
She also encouraged Kim to “act like a lady.”
Meanwhile, on Saturday, reports emerged that the cops were called to Kim and Kroy’s mansion and that five police vehicles showed up to deal with the altercation. The Instagram account @ScammedByTheBiermanns also received a tip that the police have allegedly been called to Kim and Kroy’s house for the last three nights.
