Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann’s Salaries Are Revealed in Divorce

A judge denied Kim Zolciak‘s request to have estranged husband Kroy Biermann‘s request for divorce thrown out in court last week.

After the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum attempted to have Kroy’s petition dismissed on grounds that their sex life is still active, a judge ruled against her, also siding with Kroy in his efforts to sell their $3 million home and setting terms for their living arrangements.

“Judge ruled that Kroy can sell the home. Due to lack of funds, Kim was not asked to move out but Kim was ordered to sleep in the basement (maid’s quarters) and Kroy gets the master bedroom [and] both have access to [the] kitchen,” The Good the Bad and the Fake confirmed to their followers on Instagram on September 29.

While Kim argued with the judge that she needs to sleep on a better mattress due to her recent neck surgery, Kroy quickly pointed out that she “just spent two weeks in Colombia,” where she filmed MTV’s The Surreal Life, on a cheap mattress and “did just fine.”

According to the outlet, it was also revealed that Kim and Kroy, who also appeared on Don’t Be Tardy, can’t afford a guardian ad litem (GAL) for their children, who include Kroy “KJ” Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9, and that they have estimated costs of $50,000 per month.

“Monthly income for Kroy is $4500 from [his] football pension [and] Kim’s income from clickbait on her Facebook is estimated $5000 a month,” they continued.

Although the water has already been turned off in Kim and Kroy’s house once, it has since been restored.

As Kim and Kroy’s financial struggles continue, with Kim allegedly owing $250,000 to a friend, Kim has been ordered to share a Range Rover with her oldest daughter, Brielle Biermann, 26, as Kroy will have access to their Cadillac Escalade.

In another revelation on their post, the Instagram fan page said that the judge told both Kim and Kroy “to think about their children” because they are “watching everything they do.”

“She also told Kim to act like a lady,” they added.

Meanwhile, in an earlier post, The Good the Bad and the Fake confirmed Kim’s request for the dismissal of Kroy’s divorce petition was denied.

“First bit of news! Kim’s motion to dismiss,” they shared on Instagram. “Motion to dismiss: DENIED … [More] very soon!”
