On October 11, 2023, the Space Usagi: Yokai Hunter one-shot comic will arrive wherever comics are sold. In this special new issue, Stan Sakai and team return to the fan-favorite Space Usagi series with a unique story.

Along with writing, art, and lettering by Sakai, this one-shot also features colors by Emi Fujii. Of the standard orderable variants of this issue, the main (cover A) cover art is by Sakai, with a variant cover (cover B) by Agnes Garbowska and one additional 1:10 incentive variant cover (cover C) by Peach Momoko.
