The Real Housewives of Miami is back for a sixth season with Lisa Hochstein, Alexia Echevarria, Larsa Pippen, Julia Lemigova, Guerdy Abraira, and Dr. Nicole Martin, as well as returning friends Marysol Patton and Kiki Barth.
As expected, Lisa, 41, is still facing turmoil amidst her divorce from Lenny Hochstein, 57, and Julia, 51, and Martina, 66, seem to be in a somewhat rocky place as well. Meanwhile, Alexia, 56, and husband Todd Nepola are being forced out of their home as Guerdy, 45, is faced with a life-changing breast cancer diagnosis.

“I know what you’re doing and it’s not gonna work, Lisa,” Alexia tells her castmate as the trailer, which features a backdrop of the women praying together in a church, begins.
“No, no, no, no! Stop. I’m gonna talk now,” Lisa replies.
Meanwhile, Adriana, 57, and Marysol, 56, are also at war.
“You’re the one that tried to f*ck my ex. You’re a snake eating your own f*cking tail,” Marysol yells at her former friend.
“I’m no longer afraid of your poison,” Adriana responds.
And Larsa, 49, seems to be at odds with Guerdy.
“Be respectful, Larsa,” Guerdy’s husband, Russell Abraira, warns after Larsa seemingly speaks ill of someone’s face.
Elsewhere, as Julia sings opera to a proud Martina, Adriana signals to financial issues of Alexia and Todd.
“They are having some financial issues,” she shares as Alexia informs her two sons, “We have to be out of our apartment in 15 days.”
With Nicole, 38, once again in an odd place with her father, who tells her he’d like another child, Larsa and her boyfriend, Marcus Jordan, 32, discuss how his dad, Michael Jordan, feels about their relationship.
“My dad, does he approve of our relationship?” asks Marcus.
Nicole is then seen with Alexia, who gets under her skin by mentioning her mom.
“Your mother called you ‘mean.’ That’s why she’s not here,” Alexia tells Nicole.
“Listen, this is gonna get nasty real quick unless you shut the f*ck up,” Nicole warns.
As the RHOM trailer continues, fans see Julia sitting at home with Martina, who was diagnosed with two forms of cancer in 2022.
“The last treatment was three weeks ago and not a peep out of you. You forgot,” Martina tells Julia.
And Guerdy’s health is also mentioned as she’s seen breaking down to her co-stars.
“I’m gonna say it: I have breast cancer,” she informs them as they rally around her in support.
“You will have all of us next to you,” Julia vows.
Then, during another scene, amid an argument with her castmates, Guerdy removes her hat to reveal her newly bald head.
“I’m done. This is what I did today, okay?” Guerdy states.
At another point, Guerdy feuds with Larsa.
“I told her. She’s denying I told her. Pathological liar. You lie about everything,” she alleges.
“You gotta stop saying that because you’re wrong,” Larsa claps back.
“You’re lying about everything,” Guerdy insists, telling her to “get out.”
Then, as Lisa continues with the process of divorcing Lenny, she calls a co-star and says, “The police just came to my house.”
She later cries, “I don’t know what I did to deserve this.”
The Real Housewives of Miami season six premieres on Bravo and begins streaming on Peacock on Wednesday, November 1, at 9/8c.
