To solve October 12th’s Wordle answer, you may not need hints at the beginning if you use words that are a bit more strategic. However, since there is only one vowel in today’s answer, guessing the answer can get a bit tricky after a few attempts if you are unaware. So, you might need to use some hints at some point if you only have one or two attempts remaining.

If you don’t want to risk using random words as guesses, you might want to explore Wordle’s hard mode. This mode will not let you reuse confirmed letters in different spots, which, in turn, prevents players from using random guesses. This might be a conservative way to play Wordle, but it does help you develop new strategies. However, if you are on your last attempt and are in dire need of hints, you can use some below.

Wordle October 2 Answer

The October 12th Wordle answer is KNELT.

Since today’s Wordle answer is the past tense of another five-letter word, you are better off using some of our recommended words. If you start off today’s puzzle with words like ROAST, KNOBS, and SMELT, you should be able to figure out the correct positions of all five letters. You will simply need to rearrange the letters to their correct positions using your previous attempts as a reference. Once that is done, you should be able to solve today’s Wordle answer with KNELT.

Summary: Wordle is a web-based word-guessing game developed by Josh Wardle that took the world by storm in 2021. Players are given a five-letter word to guess and have six attempts to get the word correct. When they get a letter correct, it will mark itself as green if it’s in the correct position and yellow if it is the correct letter in the wrong position. A yellow letter also means that letter could appear more than once. Wordle was purchased by The New York Times Company in 2022 and added to their website and app, keeping the core game free to play as promised – with additional words and other bonuses available through subscription, and is available via browser, iOS, and Android.
