#Socialites, get a load of this! A 59-year-old Milwaukee woman has been charged after allegedly threatening “to shoot up” a McDonald’s for serving her overcooked fries with “burnt” ends. The woman has been identified as Breneida Gottschalk.
According to a report from Waukesha County’s local outlet The Freeman, Gottschalk appeared in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Friday (October 13) and was charged with disorderly conduct in connection with an alleged threat made toward McDonald’s employees. If convicted, Gottschalk will face up to 90 days in jail.

According to the complaint in the case, police said they were called to a McDonald’s restaurant in Brookfield, located at 300 N. Moorland Blvd. The incident, which occurred on August 30, reportedly saw a woman, later identified as Gottschalk, allegedly threatening to shoot the store up after complaining about the overcooked fries she received.
The person who called 911 said Gottschalk had entered the restaurant, ordered a meal, and ate pretty much all of it before making her complaint. Per a police report, the person said, “[She] had some leftover fries, at which time she walked over to the front counter area and started to complain to employees about the burnt end of her fries.”

Reportedly, Gottschalk got upset and then said she was going to go back inside the restaurant to get a new bag of fries to replace the ones she’d received in her bag. Apparently while inside the restaurant, Gottschalk tried to walk behind the counter, leaving an employee to tell her that she was not permitted.
At this point, the Milwaukee woman reportedly got “verbally aggressive,” and accused the employee of selling drugs. She then allegedly bum-rushed her way into the kitchen, walking toward the cooking area where the fries were being made – she was determined to grab herself a fresh bag of fries.

When an employee was able to stop her, Gottschalk then yelled at all of them, accusing them all of being drug dealers, and telling them that the police were on their way to arrest them. However, when the police arrived at the scene, they saw Gottschalk attempting to leave and arrested her instead.
It was also noted in the complaint that Gottschalk allegedly told the employees that she had a weapon and was going “to shoot up the restaurant.” However, the complaint and police made no mention of a weapon being found.
