was off air for five months due to the Writers Guild of America Strike. On Saturday’s premiere Ice Spice and Pete Davidson were the celebrities guest and fans were shocked to see Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce make a surprise appearance.
Following a commercial break last night Taylor Swift surprised fans and introduced Ice Spice for her second performance. Earlier in the show Travis Kelce also made an appearance during an NFL Fox Sunday sketch which mocked how much the league is covering Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s alleged relationship. After a lot of Swift jokes, Kenan Thompson turned to the camera and said, “When we get back we are going to speak with someone who actually wants to talk football.” With that, Kelce popped up, replying, “Yes, please!”

At the end of the show Travis Kelce nor Taylor Swift joined the other guest but Pete Davidson did thank them for joining the show.
After last night’s show Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce continue to fuel dating rumors. On Thursday night, Swift made her third appearance at the Kansas City Chiefs game where she was seen sitting in a sky box supporting her alleged boo. The SNL skit where they made fun of how much the NFL has been covering the two was addressed by Kelce on his podcast recently.
As we previously reported, Kelce publicly said he feels like the NFL is doing a little too much. “I think it’s fun when they show who was at the game. I think it brings a little bit more to the atmosphere, brings a little bit more to what you’re watching. But at the same time I think They’re overdoing it,” Jason finished, to which Travis agreed: “They’re overdoing it a little bit for sure, especially my situation. [But] I think they’re just trying to have fun with it.”

Travis’ brother, Jason feels like the NFL was “just not used to celebrities coming to the games.”
“Like basketball has it figured out,” he said. “They show them once or twice but then they get back to the game. NFL is like, ‘Oh my god look at all these A-lIst celebrities at the game, keep showing them, show em, show em…’ You show them once let them know they’re there and after touchdowns you get a little clip, but it can’t be overboard with it. People are there to watch the game right?”
