Kim Zolciak called the police on estranged husband Kroy Biermann twice in one night — just one day after she returned home from Columbia, where she reportedly hit it off with Chet Hanks during filming on MTV’s The Surreal Life.
As the couple remains at odds amid their split, with several calls being made to the authorities in recent months, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 45, accused Kroy, 38, of taking her phone twice as she also responded to his divorce petition by requesting primary physical custody of their four minor children.
In court documents obtained by TMZ on October 17, Kim requests full physical custody of Kash “KJ” Jagger, 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9, explaining that she’s a “loving, fit and proper parent,” but says that she is in agreement with sharing joint legal custody with Kroy — and wants him to have “liberal visitation” with the kids.
Kim also told the court she is dependent on Kroy as she asked to be granted both temporary and permanent alimony, as well as child support, and requested their assets, including their newly-listed $6 million Georgia home, be divided equally.
As for the Milton Police Department’s recent visits to their home, the first came around 10:30 p.m. on September 28 after Kroy snuck off with Kim’s phone while she was in the shower and resulted in an officer encouraging Kim to get a “protective order” against Kroy.
“Kim advised the (divorce) court date tomorrow should help the situation and be a step in the right direction,” the police report, obtained by Radar Online on October 17, stated. “Officers advised her to stay separate from Kroy as much as possible in order to avoid any future confrontations or escalations.”
“She explained when she asked for her phone back, Kroy started screaming at her, calling her names, and blocked her from leaving,” the report stated. “She advised he would hold his arms out to each side and not physically touch her but blocked her with his body to prevent her from leaving. She stated she did not have her phones for two hours and finally found the sole home phone which was when she called the police.”
After police arrived, Kroy went missing as Kim’s phone turned up on a bedroom nightstand.
“We could not verify he was in the house, but she stated that she was okay because she had her phones and would call us if he came back,” the report stated.
Then, just before midnight, Kim called 911 again after Kroy allegedly came into the bedroom “screaming” and snatched her phone, which was ultimately found wrapped in towels on the bedroom floor, for a second time.
The Surreal Life season eight is expected to begin airing on MTV in February 2024.
