Recently, the EGOT winner was at a mental health gala and spoke with Page Six about how she “keeps her mind in check.” On Monday (October 9), the 67-year-old attended the Bring Change To Mind’s 11th annual Revels & Revelations Gala. While there, she revealed her secret to maintaining a healthy mind. She laughingly told Page Six that her simple secret to mental health is incontinence, she “tries to laugh and pee.”
Goldberg continued to explain that she is currently at “a certain age” where she is starting to release a little urine whenever she begins “having too much fun” and gets caught laughing a little too hard. She shared that whenever she has peed herself, she stays “remarkably composed,” quipping at her incontinence issue and saying, “You go, ‘Oops, gotta Go!”

The ‘View’ host never fully revealed how many times she’s actually peed herself within the last year, however, she did admit that it’s happened quite “a lot,” where she can’t control her bladder while having “too much fun,” and laughing to keep sane.
Aside from speaking on her mental health and how incontinence has helped her maintain her sanity, the ‘Sister Act’ star also reunited with some of Robin Williams’ family at the charity event. Goldberg is already a close friend of his second wife, Marsha Garces Williams, and she also saw two of the late comedian-actor’s children Zak, 40, and Zelda, 34. Williams also has a son named Cody, 31.

For those unknowing, at age 63, Williams died by suicide in August 2014 after struggling with depression and Lewy body dementia. The latter was revealed during his autopsy, and it is reported that the condition can cause behavioral changes including hallucinations, delusions or changes in mood.
The ‘Mrs. Doubtfire’ actor was also a longtime collaborator and friend of Goldberg. Speaking with Page Six about her dear old friend and his children, Goldberg said, “I watched them growing up. It’s hard when people have gone, and then you see the lights that they left behind. It’s kind of wonderful.”
