With less than a day left in their campaign, BOOM! Studios and Explosm have revealed that the Cyanide & Happiness 20th Anniversary Extravaganza has become one of the Top 10 Most Funded Webcomic Campaigns of all time. It joins the ranks of Ava’s Demon and Check, Please! which currently dominate the list with multiple books in the top 10.
The Cyanide & Happiness 20th Anniversary Extravaganza featured Cyanide & Happiness: Twenty Years Wasted, a brand-new title featuring new strips, interviews, retrospectives, and other material celebrating the beloved title’s 20th anniversary. Backers can also reserve 20th-anniversary editions of three previously-released Cyanide & Happiness books, which come as limited edition sets. There’s also, of course, plenty of merchandise.
“This is the definitive collection of Cyanide & Happiness, and we’re so excited that it’s been brought to life by our amazing Kickstarter backers! We’re having a blast creating this book, and I think when they get their hands on it our fans are gonna laugh until they cough up blood,” said Cyanide & Happiness co-creator Ron DenBleyker in a statement.

This campaign blasted through its initial goal of $25 thousand. Heading into the final 20 hours, it currently stands at nearly $300 thousand pledged by 3,486 backers. Those still looking to get their hands on these books can pledge between $20 and $200 for a wide variety of anniversary perks.
