Vecna’s Book of Vile Darkness is a new Dungeons & Dragons supplement from the minds of Jackson Wagner, Gethin Pearce, Bryan Cetroni, Caspian Cavieri, Anthony Anderson, Ben Sutton, Danny Kodicek, and Matt Miller. Inside, you’ll find new subclasses, accursed lineages, new bosses who are Vassals of Vecna (complete with lairs), curses, and more. The theme for this supplement is blurring the lines between good and evil and really pushing moral ambiguity. It sounds like a really interesting supplement to me personally and with it being October, it feels very appropriate.
Vecna’s original manuscript has finally been unearthed. Its whispered secrets worm its way into the unwitting underground organization hell-bent on putting a stop to the Lich King once and for all. Will they succeed in their efforts or will their hubris become their undoing? That is for you and the players to decide!
