Mauricio Umansky and Emma Slater sparked rumors of a romance with a “very cozy” outing at Beverly Hills’ Matsuhisa restaurant on Sunday night.
As his estranged wife Kyle Richards, 54, continues to spend time with rumored girlfriend Morgan Wade, 28, the 53-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member and owner of The Agency real estate firm has allegedly taken his chemistry with his Dancing With the Stars partner, 34, out of the ballroom. And according to an insider, the supposed fling has been going on for weeks.
“I was at a party with Mo on Thursday night. His DWTS partner [Emma] was there and she was ALLLL over him. The two of them wouldn’t let go of each other. And it was in front of [daughter Alexia Umansky] and [step-daughter Farrah Aldjufrie],” read an October 8 message sent to Face Reality 16 on Instagram.
There was also a blind item from mid-September that suggested Mauricio and Emma’s relationship began shortly after he was cast on DWTS.
“This married reality star with a very good side gig is hooking up with his brand new co-star on a separate reality show,” it read.
Another insider claimed that during their recent outing in Beverly Hills, Mauricio and Emma were “looking cozy” while enjoying a “romantic dinner date”
“The couple was seen leaving the restaurant in a good mood as Umansky offered his hand and kissed Slater goodbye while waiting at the valet,” Backgrid explained on Instagram, along with a series of images of Mauricio, who was wearing light beige pants and a gray hoodie, and Emma, who was in all black.
A report from TMZ on October 23 also shared that Mauricio was “looking real cozy” with Emma as the two of them left their dinner date holding hands. This comes amid his separation from Kyle, who has been fueling romance rumors with Morgan with regular outings, matching tattoos, and a racy music video.
The outlet went on to say that the closeness between Mauricio and Emma on Sunday night was the result of a deep conversation they had with one another in regard to their October 24 dance on DWTS, which has a theme of the “most important year of your life.”
According to the report, Mauricio opened up to Emma about 1996, the year he wed Kyle and lost his job in the fashion industry, which prompted him to move into real estate — where he’s seen a ton of success.
Mauricio allegedly told Emma quite a bit about his life, and at the end of their meal, they were more connected than ever before.
