Paris Hilton clapped back at haters who were attacking her baby’s head size after the Paris in Love star uploaded a sweet photo of the two of them.
Paris posted the image in celebration of her son’s first visit to NYC amid Paris’ appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
“My precious angel baby Phoenix‘s first time in NYC. ✨👱🏼♀️👶🏼🗽✨” she wrote in the caption on Instagram alongside a series of photos with the nine-month-old in her lap.
Later on, Paris, 42, called out haters who made offensive comments about her son’s head size.
“🥺😢There are some sick people in this world. ☹️ My angel is perfectly healthy. And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain,” wrote Paris in the comment section of a TikTok video.

In another comment, the star thanked a fan who defended Phoenix: “People are sick. Thank you for the love, sis 💗”
On her Instagram Stories, Paris further addressed the situation. “Living life in the spotlight, comments are inevitable, but targeting my child, or anyone else’s for that matter, is unacceptable. This hurts my heart more deeply than words can describe,” she wrote. “If I don’t post my baby, people assume I’m not a great mother and if I do post him, there are some people who are cruel and hateful. I’m a proud working mom and my baby is perfectly healthy, adorable and angelic.”
She went on to say, “Every day with him is a reminder of what truly matters. It’s hard to fathom that there are people in the world who would target such innocence. I hope that people can treat one another with more kindness and empathy.”
