On October 24, Britney Spears broke her 20-plus-year silence as her new tell-all hit bookshelves everywhere! But before the release of her new memoir, the 41-year-old singer released excerpts that took the internet by storm!
Taking back control over her life, Spears not only spoke on her controversial 13-year conservatorship but also on all of her rocky relationships, including that with ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake, 42. The two began dating in 1999 when she was 17 and he was 18. They then split in 2002 when JT dumped her via text message.

From the excerpts, Spears not only told fans that she cheated on JT with choreographer Wade Robson after learning that he allegedly cheated on her with a “very popular” woman, but she also claimed that before she got dumped by JT with a two-worded text message, she got pregnant with the singer’s baby and he told her to get an abortion.
Spears said, “It was a surprise, but for me, it wasn’t a tragedy. I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated. But Justin definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young.”

She added, “I’m sure people will hate me for this, but I agreed not to have the baby. I don’t know if that was the right decision. If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it. And yet Justin was so sure that he didn’t want to be a father.”
Once Spears’ audiobook released, which is narrated by actress Michelle Williams, she also opened up about her thoughts on JT “trying too hard to fit in” around Black celebrities. She recalled a time when she and JT were in New York City and ran into R&B singer Ginuwine, and he allegedly put on a “Blaccent.”
