All of Melissa Gorga’s children reportedly unfollowed their aunt Teresa Giudice after the Real Housewives of New Jersey OG mostly ignored Melissa at the season 14 finale taping.
Throughout season 14, Teresa purportedly made a point to not engage with Melissa – who, as many fans have argued, gets much of her screen time from talking negatively about her sister-in-law.
According to a report from Allabouttrh.com, Melissa’s daughter Antonia and sons Gino and Joey unfollowed Teresa after the finale, which was filmed on Thursday — and during the finale, Teresa gave little attention to Melissa.
Per the outlet, the Gorgas realized at the finale that Teresa closed the chapter, and the family members’ relationship is over. And this is the reason the kids unfollowed her.
The main drama of the finale concerned Danielle Cabral and Jennifer Aydin. Something transpired that apparently shocked the rest of the cast, and it caused Teresa and Melissa to interact.
During the Danielle/Jennifer incident, Melissa reportedly tried to insert herself in it, so Teresa shut her sister-in-law down, telling her to “shut the f**k up.” Melissa was surprised, and they briefly exchanged words, though the interaction wasn’t very notable.
After @allabouttrh shared a post about Teresa getting unfollowed, fans reacted to the news.
“They unfollowed her because she didn’t want to fight on camera? This sounds like something Melissa did or made them do…” wrote one user.
Another viewer added, “That’s really sad but I don’t blame Teresa for not wanting to go through ANOTHER fight with her family and constantly get gaslit.”
A different fan expressed, “Remember when Melissa said don’t involve the children 😂😂😂😂. Gorgas have no story. Bye … like it should have been 5 seasons ago.”
A fourth user wrote, “They all see their meal ticket disappearing and are not happy … [They] may not love the cameras but they love the lifestyle they otherwise wouldn’t have had.”
A fifth fan added, “All the Gorgas realizing their storyline is gone lmao.”
