These celebrities have gone under the knife to improve their health and overall well-being after removing breast implants, butt enhancements, and fillers.

Chrissy Teigen
Chrissy Teigen removed her breast implants in 2020 and her daughter commemorated the moment with a card that reads, “Have fun poking your boobies out, love Luna.” In a follow-up post, Teigen said she removed the breast implants to feel more comfortable and fit into her clothing: “I’m getting my boobs out! They’ve been great to me for many years but I’m just over it. I’d like to be able to zip a dress in my size, lay on my belly with pure comfort! No biggie!” Additionally, she said in an interview with Glamour UK that motherhood has changed her perspective on undergoing implant replacement surgery every ten years. She said she would instead get a lift.
Ayesha Curry
Ayesha Curry made a similar decision in 2019 after she replied to Teigen’s post about her breast implant removal surgery. She said the implants were making her sick, and the procedure was life-changing for her. “Life-changing, you’re gonna love it. I got mine out last year. They were making me so sick,” she wrote under the post. Some women report experiencing a variety of systemic symptoms after getting breast implants, such as fatigue, joint pain, and muscle aches. These symptoms are not well understood, and it is not clear if they are directly caused by the implants.
K Michelle
K Michelle has been very vocal about her journey of removing her silicone butt injections and wanted to use her story as a warning to others about the dangers of “black market” procedures. In 2017, she started to experience symptoms such as leg pain, fatigue, migraines, and back pain. Additionally, the silicone had spread down to her legs, affecting her overall health. Overall, she had 13 plastic surgeries within a year to have her enhancements removed and blamed the entertainment industry for pushing unrealistic beauty standards on women.
“So, when you do 13 surgeries in a year and you watch your mama look at you like ‘what the f**k did you do to yourself?’ You literally have to look at it and it was so crazy. I weighed 105 pounds. I’m just picking up weight and just picking up confidence and just picking up this and that. They like ‘you still need two more surgeries for reconstruction,’ but I just can’t see myself getting put back like that. So, I have to deal everyday, ‘do you wanna finish up your surgery? Are you gonna be scared to go to sleep?’ People don’t wake back up from that. Every day, I deal with that.”
Sharon Osbourne
Earlier this year, Sharon Osbourne revealed to The Sun that she has given up on plastic surgery. She said a facelift procedure in 2021 left one eye lower than the other, leaving her frightened about the results.
“That one put me off, and it frightens me. I really f***ing pushed it with the last facelift, and I am now, like, no more. Time is against me, I cannot have another facelift,”
She added that the procedure was not worth the price or the time as she was unsatisfied with the results. “One eye was different to the other. I looked like a f***ing Cyclops. I’m, like, ‘All I need is a hunchback,’” Osbourne explained. She also had her breast implants removed in 2011 after one of them was longer than the other: “One morning I woke up, and one of my boobies was kind of much longer than the other…. [one implant] leaked into the wall of my stomach.”
Kim Kardashian
Fans have speculated throughout the years that Kim Kardashian has removed her fillers and reduced her butt. Sources close to the mogul claimed she continued to increase her alleged fat transfers to her butt throughout the years, but she has reportedly let them decrease for a more natural look.
Amber Rose
Amber Rose opened up about her breast reduction surgery to PEOPLE in 2018 and said it took her three years to make the decision. She explained that her breasts made it feel like she was carrying a backpack on her chest, plus she experienced severe pain. Rose noted that her breast size affected with her ability to exercise. “My boobs slowed me down. And, my partner, Maks, would be like, ‘Come on! Hurry up, faster, faster, faster.’ And, I’m like, ‘Dude, I can’t go any faster! I’m like in pain. I literally cannot move that fast,’ she said at the time.
Rose said her breast size fluctuated throughout the years, and after she had her oldest son, Sebastian, her breasts became more prominent and were naturally a 36H cup: They weren’t implants or anything like that, and so, my back was hurting me. There was times I would just walk and just stop and be like … it would kill me. And, so, at that point, I was like, this is more of like a health issue, where I have to get this done.”
Blac Chyna
Blac Chyna made headlines this year when she decided to reverse all of her cosmetic procedures and credited her spiritual awakening for the process. She explained to Access Hollywood that she had five breast augmentation surgeries, liposuction, fillers, and butt augmentation. However, she said she was concerned about the long-term effects of these procedures. Blac Chyna specifically mentioned the illegal silicone butt injections she received when she was 19 and they were not performed by a licensed doctor.
“This is a regular person that’s doing it. They’re giving whatever substance that they’re doing and giving it to you. They’re not gonna tell you, ‘Hey, you know, you could possibly die.’”
She experienced inflammation and other severe symptoms. Her doctor, Dr. David Matlock, said it took him eight hours to remove the silicone from her butt and she didn’t have any complications.
Adrienne Bailon
Adrienne Bailon revealed in a 2013 episode of The Real that she had her breast implants removed and underwent the procedure when she was 19. “I just turned 18 so you know when you turn 18 and I had been like a little girl group for such a long time, you want to feel sexy and womanly and maybe I’ll get bigger boobs. So I did. At 19 years old I went and got breast implants and I went from one insecurity to another insecurity,” she explained.
“I got my breast implants taken out because I looked crazy. The insecurity was like ‘I don’t have big breasts’ to ‘Now everyone is looking at my breasts’ and I was more embarrassed that people knew I was so insecure that I went and got breast implants [in the first place].”
