Two of the brightest talents in bass music, PEEKABOO and LYNY, have joined forces for a must-listen collaboration.
And it’s clear the two influential producers have a hit on their hands. With its filthy wobbles and woozy bass, “Like That” topped Beatport’s Dubstep chart just days after it hit streaming platforms. The track had already garnered an abundance of live support from major artists in the electronic music scene prior to its release, like Marshmello, SVDDEN DEATH, Liquid Stranger and ATLiens.
It’s a particularly big moment for LYNY. The song marks a full-circle moment for the young Chicago beatsmith, who said PEEKABOO has “easily been one of [his] biggest inspirations.” It arrives ahead of his long-awaited debut album, Eyes Wide Open, which is scheduled to drop on November 3rd.
The red-hot producer, who recently released a high-profile collaboration with Skrillex, hasn’t yet confirmed whether or not “Like That” will appear on the project. In the meantime, you can listen to the new collaboration below.
