Caleb Woods ordered fries and a shake from the Grubhub app and realized the mistake when he took a small sip from the cup. “When I started eating my meal upon delivery, I put a straw in my cup that was delivered and took a sip. I soon discovered that the cup delivered to me from the GrubHub driver was a warm cup of urine,” he explained to Fox59. After the disgusting mishap, he confronted the Grubhub delivery driver and asked about the cup.
“Did you confuse the cups, ’cause, like, dude, it’s a half full of pee,” he said to the driver. The Grubhub driver confessed to accidentally switching the cups and said he uses a cup to relieve himself because of the long hours he works.

Woods said Grubhub refunded him $18 despite the order costing approximately $25. They didn’t refund the delivery fee or the tip that I gave,” he added. Grubhub also released a statement and said the driver was terminated for the incident.
We took immediate action with the driver and ended his contract with us. We’re following up with the customer to apologize and are coaching the representative who was previously in touch with the customer.”
Ingesting urine is not recommended. While it is sterile when it leaves the body, urine can quickly become contaminated with bacteria. This can lead to several health problems, and ingesting urine can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal cramps. The bacteria in urine can cause infections of the urinary tract, bladder, and kidneys.
Urine also contains electrolytes, such as sodium, potassium, and chloride. Ingesting too much urine can lead to an imbalance of these electrolytes, which can cause dizziness, muscle cramps, and seizures. Ingesting urine can put extra strain on the kidneys, which can lead to kidney damage.
