Simone Biles is truly a married woman! The all-star athlete posed for a fall photo shoot with newly wedded husband, NFL player Jonathan Owens, to celebrate the season.
The couple, who were married in April, have been in a honeymoon phase as they gushed over one another in their social media pages and to the media. In the photo shoot, taken in Green Bay, Wisconsin where Owens plays football, the spread detailed the newlyweds in coordinating outfits in the midst of the autumnal scenery.
The most decorated gymnast of all time rocked an all-black look, with an oversized leather blazer, as her partner since 2020 wore a black and white plaid jacket for the affair. In one photo that detailed their bling, the superstar couple showcased Biles’ sparkling ring that symbolizes their union.
The NFL safety shared additional photos, complete with outfit changes, to his own account, captioning his round of pic as “enjoying all seasons with you.”
While both are heavily involved in their own sports, Biles shared with Today in September about supporting her husband at his games with the Green Bay Packers, while she herself is Team USA.
“It’s been really fun supporting what he loves to do,” the Olympic gold medalist added. “Obviously, he’s in Green Bay right now so my season just ended. I’m super excited to get out there to Green Bay for the holidays to support him.”
While the legendary athlete prepares to gain even more accolades at the 2024 Olympics in Paris, Biles is continuing to put herself first and enjoy all the facets of her record-breaking life, including gymnastics and marriage,
“This time around, it’s being intentional, going to therapy, making sure everything is aligned, so that I can do the best in the gym and be a good wife, good daughter, good friend and all of the good things.”
