In addition to its U.S. release in 2024, Crunchyroll and Sony will also handle theatrical distributions in other territories including Latin America, Australia/New Zealand, and select countries in Europe such as Austria, Benelux, France, Germany, Italy, the Nordics, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland. This acquisition comes after Spy x Family Season 2 had made its return a month ago. New episode of the hit anime drops every Sunday.

What is Spy x Family Code: White?

“He’s a spy. She’s an assassin. Together, Loid and Yor keep their double lives to themselves while pretending to be the perfect family. However, their adopted daughter Anya, a telepath, knows both of their exciting secrets unbeknownst to them,” reads the synopsis for Spy x Family Code: White. “While under the guise of taking his family on a weekend winter getaway, Loid’s attempt to make progress on his current mission Operation Strix proves difficult when Anya mistakenly gets involved and triggers events that threaten world peace!”

Spy x Family is based on the manga written by Tatsuya Endo, which is currently one of the best-selling manga series with at least 29 million copies in circulation since December 2022. It centers around a unique fake family consisting of spy Loid Forger, assassin Yor Briar, and telepath Anya Forger.

The anime adaptation hails from Wit Studio and CloverWorks. Written by Kazuhiro Furuhashi, Season 1 ran on-air for 25 episodes from April 2022 to December 2022. It is currently available for streaming on Crunchyroll and Hulu.
