Some even went as far as to call for a boycott of Rare Beauty, claiming that the Rare Beauty CEO followed the IDF and other pro-Israel accounts on Instagram (his account is now private, so BuzzFeed has been unable to verify the validity of the claims). IDF stands for Israel Defense Forces, i.e. Israel’s military.
