Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary over the weekend, despite being in the midst of a messy divorce and custody battle over their four minor children.
As the Real Housewives of Atlanta alums fuel rumors of a potential reconciliation, with Kim, 45, saying she was “thankful” and “blessed” amid their recent dinner date, Kroy, 38, is facing the possible seizure of his Rolls Royce SUV — after estranged wife Kim spent up to $30,000 on a vaginal rejuvenation procedure.
During an interview with Radar Online last month, Kim’s plastic surgeon, Dr. David Matlock, of the Visthetic Surgery Institute & MedSpa, confirmed the procedure costs between $25k and $30k — and that Kim has “paid in full.”
“For patients with a history of multiple childbirths, experiencing stress urinary incontinence and vaginal relaxation, our Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation treatment is available. The comprehensive fee, which covers the surgery center, anesthesiologist, and surgeon, typically ranges from $25,000.00 to $30,000.00,” he shared, explaining that he does not “disclose specific pricing details related to any individual patient.”
In addition to vaginal rejuvenation, Kim underwent skin tightening treatments, including Renuvion and Morpheus8 Body, which Dr. Matlock said “generally [fall] between $12,000 to $15,000.00, contingent upon the size of the treatment area. This procedure aims to achieve 50-60% skin tightening.”
Dr. Matlock also revealed that “Morpheus8 Face skin tightening treatment is priced between $3,000.00 to $5,000.00,” and he noted that “individual needs and results can vary.”
As Kim recovers from the surgery, Kroy is being accused of blowing off a lawsuit filed against him in June by BMW Financial Services over his 2020 Rolls-Royce Cullinan, which accused him of failing to make payments on his lease.
According to Radar Online on November 6, Kroy was required to pay $5,297.64 per month for 36 months from July 2020 to July 2023, but he allegedly quit paying on the $400,000 SUV after September 2022.
In a new motion filed by BMW, they claimed Kroy failed to show up to court to respond to their lawsuit against him and requested they be granted a judgment that would allow them to seize the Rolls Royce.
When the lawsuit was filed, Kroy released a statement, via his attorney.
“Mr. Biermann never imagined that he would find himself in this position, having a car repossessed. But this is the fallout when folks find themselves spending way beyond their means. Kroy retired and no longer receives that NFL salary… I don’t think anyone told Kim,” he stated. “When it comes to finances, Kim is detached from reality; every month Kroy has to scratch enough money together to pay the mortgage to save the home from going into foreclosure; they are getting collection notices and now, lawsuits on behalf of creditors. Kim continues to spend money on online gambling, wine, and things that are NOT necessities, but luxuries. Well, now they have one less luxury item.”
Amid their money troubles, which include a past due balance of over $1 million owed to the IRS, Kim and Kroy, who recently listed their $6 million Georgia mansion, appear to be playing nice.
In Instagram Story posts shared over the weekend, Kim was seen enjoying drinks at dinner with Kroy on their 12th anniversary.
“What an incredible night!” she proclaimed in the caption.
Then, along with a photo of herself at their home, Kim added, “Happy, Thankful, Grateful AND Blessed.”
Kim and Kroy split earlier this year before briefly reconciling in June.
