New details about Kodak Black’s drug possession case are being revealed. According to TMZ, the rapper’s lawyer wants the whole case tossed, claiming that the “Oxy” authorities caught him with was actually Tylenol.
As we previously reported, the “Super Gremlin” rapper was arrested in Fort Lauderdale back in July 2022 and was hit with one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of trafficking oxycodone but in a new report by the news outlet the pills that were tested was just an over the counter drug. Bradford Cohen, Kodak’s attorney, is also blasting the Broward Sheriff’s Office for a massive cover-up! Claiming that FBI Special Agent James Mitchell is biased against the rapper.

Overall, Kodak’s lawyer stated that this whole case is a “coordinated takedown” of Kodak Black and wants everything to be dismissed.
