Earlier this month, Seattle’s Freakout Fest rang in its 11th year. Freakout, an independent record label based in the city, supports several local music acts by putting on nonprofit events throughout the year. The festival is one of its biggest celebrations, taking over the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle in various bars and venues and making it a great way to experience the area.
