Emily Simpson clapped back after Robyn Dixon accused the Real Housewives of Orange County star of walking barefoot out of a hotel amid BravoCon.
At last year’s conference, the Real Housewives of Potomac OG accused a different Bravo star — Summer House’s Amanda Batula — of being barefoot in a public bathroom. Both colleagues addressed the issue at the 2023 conference, and Amanda declared that she wasn’t ashamed.
Speaking on their Reasonably Shady podcast, Robyn and Gizelle discussed Emily’s alleged actions.
“[I saw] Emily from OC walking out of the hotel barefoot,” said Robyn in a clip shared by @byewighellodrama on Instagram. “This was in the morning. She has her slippers in her hand, right, not on her feet … and she’s walking out of the hotel to get to our transportation [for BravoCon].”
Despite their shade, Gizelle said Emily’s “Ozempic journey” has been “good for her” — unlike other Housewives on the network.
“I cannot say the same for the rest of these ladies,” said Gizelle. Robyn then explained that Emily admitted to using Ozempic for a short time, though the majority of her weight loss was due to working out and eating healthy.
Emily soon reacted to her colleagues’ “barefoot” remarks after a fan wrote on Instagram, via @queensofbravo, “[Emily] I need you to weigh [in] on this barefoot obsession these ladies have.”
The OC star expressed, “I’m from Ohio .. I walk barefoot everywhere and I give zero f$&@s … I also drink out of my dogs water bowl.”
