Congratulations are in order for Australian heiress Lou O’Neil and her property developer husband, Jake O’Neil, who have officially welcomed their first child.
Baby Otis Donald O’Neil, whose name was revealed by his mother in a sweet Instagram video shared overnight, is the newest addition to two of the country’s wealthiest families.
“Otis Donald O’Neil 🤍 17.11.23,” Lou O’Neil wrote alongside footage of her newborn son in his cot.

Fellow socialite Jess Ingham – who is an heiress of the Aussie chicken empire – congratulated the couple, commenting, “Congratulations”.
Nadia Fairfax-Wayne, who is the daughter of rugby player turned sports journalist Russell Fairfax and is also expecting her first child, commented: “Hey squishy 👏👏👏”.
Otis’ arrival comes months after his parents held a lavish gender reveal at Jake’s brother Ned O’Neil’s property in May.

Their pregnancy announcement, meanwhile, came a year after Lou and Jake married at Darling Point’s heritage-listed mansion Carthona.
Jake, who works with his family’s real estate developer company Addenbrooke, is the second son of millionaire superyacht broker Denis O’Neil, who owns Rose Bay Marina, and Charlotte O’Neil.

Lou, meanwhile, is the daughter of the late Donald Hay, the founder of international cleaning manufacturer Hayco, and his wife Maribi Hay.
Jake and Lou first dated in high school before they split, and then they reunited in 2020. The couple married in 2022.
Meanwhile, Aussie Home Loans heiress Deborah Symond O’Neil married Jake’s older brother Ned in 2018, booking out Hamilton Island’s exclusive Qualia resort for a three-day celebration.
Ned and Jake’s younger sister, Poppy O’Neil, is married to billionaire freight and port logistics heir Anthony Tzaneros.
