RHONJ’s John Fuda addresses calling Teresa Giudice a “has-been,” their drama during season 14, and saying the OG shouldn’t be on the show.

John Fuda recently appeared on Kim DePaola’s podcast, Get Real With Kim D, where he addressed his ongoing beef with RHONJ OG Teresa Giudice. The two are set to go head-to-head when season 14 of RHONJ premieres on Bravo in 2024.

Earlier this month at BravoCon, a teaser for season 14 of the Real Housewives of New Jersey was shared during the RHONJ panel. In the clip, John Fuda says Teresa Giudice is a “has been” after she allegedly called him a “drug dealer.”

The preview starts off with Jennifer Aydin and Danielle Cabral talking with Teresa Giudice about her friendship, or lack thereof, with RHONJ co-star Rachel Fuda.

“You and Rachel started off, like, you were getting along and getting to a good place,” Jennifer A tells the RHONJ OG.

Teresa replies, “You want to be friends with Rachel … I don’t care. If they try to make up some cockamamie s–t, I’m not doing it. If she wants to make up, we make up. If she [doesn’t] want to make up, it’s a done deal because I don’t need friends like that.”

Later on, at a group party, Rachel tells Teresa that she needs to speak to her husband and tell him what she said about him behind his back to his face.

John confronts Teresa, saying, “I’m a drug dealer?”

Teresa refuses to engage, saying she’s “not talking” to him. She also blames John’s ex for starting the rumor about his past activities.

“Stop trying to hit me,” John tells Teresa. “F*ck, I’m over it. You’re full of sh*t. You know what, [you’re a] has-been.”

As for Rachel, in the RHONJ teaser, she tells Melissa Gorga, “The gate’s closed. It’s bolted shut,” when it comes to her friendship with Teresa.

“[Teresa is] a piece of sh*t and I have nothing to say to [her],” Rachel quips.

Meanwhile, during John’s appearance on Kim D’s podcast, he accuses Teresa of throwing the “first punch,” which forced him to fight back.

“I think [there was a fuss about it] because [the insult] hurts her; it bothers her that I said it. I don’t think it’s as bad as half the other names I could have called her,” John said.

He then went after Teresa’s age and suggested she shouldn’t be on RHONJ anymore.

“I also think, just like an athlete, at some point in your career, you age out,” he stated.

When it comes to calling Teresa a has-been, John shared, “Look, I was called a name, and I responded … I was called a drug dealer.”

He elaborated: “[I stooped] down to her level, and I responded in the same way and called her a has-been. I don’t normally just launch out and say these things and launch out at people. I’m generally a very friendly person.”

RHONJ will return to Bravo for season 14 in 2024.
