Per the NYT, Bey also said that Blue Ivy’s performance was only supposed to be a one-and-done, but after negotiating with her parents, she turned her one-off into a full-time gig. In her film, Beyoncé said, “She told me she was ready to perform, and I told her, ‘No.’”
Per NYT, Queen Bey said she eventually broke down and gave in to her mini-me. However, she quickly became “dismayed” when Blue Ivy started reading the comments on social media, featuring criticism over her “lackluster moves.”
