Ten years ago, Tamra Judge first called her castmate Alexis Bellino “Jesus Jugs.” Now, the Real Housewives of Orange County star is defending the mother-of-three – who just addressed the offensive label.
Earlier this month, Tamra wrote publicly that she wants to “get together” with her former nemesis amid speculation that Alexis may return to the show. To make matters worse, Alexis was spotted looking cozy in a photo with John Janssen, the ex of Tamra’s ally Shannon Beador. The infamous pic sparked a firestorm of romance rumors.
On her Two Ts In A Pod podcast, Tamra shared details behind the photo.
“[This] went so viral. They were both at the same restaurant, The Quiet Woman, at the same time. They decided to take a picture together and then all of a sudden, all hell broke loose and they’re dating,” said Tamra.
She claimed it’s “so ridiculous that you can’t even take a picture with anybody nowadays and now it’s like, ‘oh my god, they’re dating.’”
Tamra added, “[Alexis is] like, ‘No, I just met him.’”
When Tamra’s co-host Teddi Mellencamp assumed Alexis and Shannon knew each other, Tamra replied, “They’ve never worked together.”

Meanwhile, in a November 28 Instagram post, Alexis addressed Tamra’s offensive nickname.
After sharing a selfie from a bathroom mirror, Alexis wrote in the caption, “Jesus Jugs stopped for a potty break before going into Beverly Hills for the biggest party of the year @kathyhilton.”
She continued, “I’m Listening to gospel music too. Guess what everyone… Jesus has this! Thanks for the #jesusjugs label @tamrajudge 😅♥️ I’ll always own it. #jesusbarbie is loving Jesus always.”
Tamra commented on the post, “You look amazing JJ, have the best time ❤️.”
And finally, Alexis was photographed out with John again, but this time around it was just the two of them pictured together with no friends with them. According to the BravoandCocktails Instagram page, which obtained a photo of the two, they were allegedly on a “date” together.
