Looks like Jamie Foxx’s sexual assault accuser is demanding to remain anonymous!
In a plaintiff’s affidavit filed Tuesday in the New York Supreme Court, the accuser who only wants to be known as “Jane Doe,” wrote, “I do not desire to publicly disclose my identity as a victim of sexual assault because this matter is highly sensitive, and I have already experienced significant shock, shame, and embarrassment due to the mental impact of the assault, and I fear retaliation by others in the community.”

“It was very difficult for me to come forward and talk about the events that occurred,” the plaintiff also said. “The sexual assault I suffered has caused depression, anxiety, lack of sleep, distress and I am fearful that a public disclosure will cause further emotional trauma.”
As we previously reported, an unnamed woman filed a lawsuit against the actorast Wednesday claiming Foxx allegedly touched her inappropriately when she and a friend asked for a photo. But the actors team is denying the allegations. A spokesperson for Foxx, spoke with PageSix and said the alleged incident “never happened.” Also adding that the woman who filed the lawsuit tried the same thing back in 2020 and the case was dismissed. “In 2020, this individual filed a nearly identical lawsuit in Brooklyn. That case was dismissed shortly thereafter.”
The spokesperson continued to allege that “The claims are no more viable today than they were then. We are confident they will be dismissed again.” In his conclusion he shared that the “Ray” actor is planning to take legal action against the woman. “Mr. Foxx intends to pursue a claim for malicious prosecution against this person and her attorneys for re-filing this frivolous action.”

Now if your not familiar with the details of the lawsuit, the woman alleged that she and a friend, both of whom had been sitting a table away from him, walked over to ask for a picture with Foxx, who had been having drinks with a co-founder and the owner of the business, Catch NYC & Roof. While they were taking pictures, an “intoxicated” Foxx “roughly” grabbed the woman’s phone and continued to take more pictures while also making suggestive comments like “Wow, you have that super model body,” according to the suit.
Then, he grabbed her arm to pull her to the back of the rooftop, where he slid his hand under her shirt and began rubbing her breasts, the suit alleges. The woman tried to move away, but Foxx slid his hands into her pants and put his fingers on and in her vagina and anus, according to the court filing.
