Quavo,TakeOff and the Migos have fans across the globe. While traveling through Japan recently, Huncho spotted a fan rocking a vintage-styled TakeOff t-shirt paying tribute to his nephew.
Qua asked for the TakeOff shirt right off the obliging fan’s back; and the rapper appeared to return the favor by forking over some cash.
“Let me see that shirt boy. Yeah, you got that motherfucker on. Oh that shit hard. Where you get this? Let me get one, please. Can I have it. I want it, yes,” he asked the fan.
“Thank you, bro. Hold on, what you want? I’ll give you some money for it. Let me take my camera off ya chest.”
Fans and friends loved to see the interaction thousands of miles away from the Migos’ hometown of Atlanta.
“That’s a real 1 right there hahahaha,” collaborator Murda Beatz wrote, while a fan commented: “MY BOY GON FOREVER REMEMBER THAT DAY QUAVO MADE HIM GIVE THE SHIRT!”
TakeOff was tragically shot following a “lucrative” dice game outside 810 Billiards & Bowling in Houston, Texas on November 1, 2022. Take was believed to have been an innocent bystander when things turned sour.
The Georgia native’s alleged killer Patrick Xavier Clark continues to maintain his innocence, with his legal team insisting that he was as much at risk as the late rapper.

Both Quavo and Offset paid homage to the late TakeOff with a pair of emotional posts to social media on the first anniversary of his death last month.
Quavo shared a black-and-white image of his nephew on Instagram and captioned it: “Can’t forget it won’t Forget It NEVER Forget it [rocket emoji, infinity emoji] I Remember!”
Offset, also on IG, posted a video commemorating his friend’s legacy, writing: “The times we spent is priceless what we built in this game they never wanted to give us our flowers we influenced the world…I Love you Take you still here with us I just know you are!!!! Migo 4Life!!!!!!”
With Clark’s next court date scheduled for early next year, his attorney believes that the trial will most likely begin in the second half of 2024.
