CloZee and LSDREAM are colliding their spacey, bass-infused visions in a new collaborative project, PSYRYN.
The duo will debut in 2024 as a headliner at Electric Forest, joining Pretty Lights, Subtronics and more as part of a huge lineup. A new album is also due next spring, showcasing what these electronic music powerhouses can do when they blend their signature styles.
“It’s an amazing and inspiring journey to work with LSDREAM on PSYRYN,” she said in a press release. “I’ve always been a big fan of Sami’s art and vision, so it’s a dream to develop and create a whole musical experience together. We originally were working on a few collaborations, but we sonically click so much that we keep creating new songs, turning those ideas into the PSYRYN album.”
In October 2024, the boundary-pushing duo will perform a two-night Red Rocks run. According to a post shared on X by CloZee, each show will feature a unique set from PSYRYN.
The press release went on to hint at upcoming 2024 festival dates for PSYRYN. The Red Rocks run is set to be their only solo headlining performance outside of music festivals next year.
“This project means so much to me on a personal and artistic level,” LSDREAM added. “I love Clozee so much. Creating such a deep and expansive body of work with one of my favorite artists is a dream come true. Really excited for this all to unfold, we have so many things planned for next year!”
