Austin Psych Fest, an offshoot of Levitation that relaunched last year, will return in 2024.
Founded by the Black Angels, who will headline on Saturday night, the festival goes down April 26-28 at The Far Out Lounge, with the lineup including big names like Courtney Barnett, Chicano Batman, All Them Witches, Alvvays, and Kurt Vile & the Violators.

The bill also offers a number of international artists, from the searing krautrock of Tokoyo’s Minami Deutsch to the raucous garage rock of Perth’s Psychedelic Porn Crumpets. Up-and-comers like Blondshell, Levitation Room, and Brainstory, among others, round out the three-day event. More bands will be announced in the coming months, so stay tuned.
Weekend passes and single-day tickets go on sale Friday, Dec. 15 at 10 a.m. CST here. Presale begins Dec. 14 for Levitation 2023 or Austin Psych Fest 2023 attendees.
