Latto has given back to her community in a major way for her third annual Christmas In Clayco event, this year donating over $500,000 in gifts.
Taking place on Saturday (December 16), the presents came in part through sponsorships from some of the companies the 777 rapper has worked with, including UGG, Savage x Fenty, Apple, Liquid Death, Wingstop, Wrap Snacks, HALLS, Camille Rose and more.
The event was organized by Latto’s Win Some Give Some foundation, which was established in 2021 to empower at-risk youth and provide them with the resources and “self-esteem support to achieve a lifetime of equal opportunity and success.”
“We are ecstatic to bring back Christmas in Clayton for the third time,” District 1 Commissioner Dr. Alieka Anderson said in a statement. “This event allows us to give back to Clayton County residents and children just in time for the holidays.
“Words cannot express how amazing it is to have Latto return to Clayton County to help spread some holiday cheer throughout our community. Her generosity is sincerely appreciated for our children and our community.”
At her second annual Christmas giveaway in 2022, Latto was honored with a key to the city of Rex in Clayton Country and her own day – and this year the tradition lived on with Monday (December 18) celebrated as Latto Day.

Continuing in the spirit of Christmas, Latto teamed up with Luh Tyler last week to drop “The Grinch Freestyle,” which hears her comparing a grumpy man to the famed Dr. Seuss character as someone with full Grinch makeup rides around on a bike in the accompanying video.
“N-gga callin’ like, ‘Come home’ — why you actin’ like the Grinch?” she raps on the hook. “Boy, you better watch your tone ‘fore I show you how it get!”
However, just before Santa comes down the chimney, Latto will celebrate her big 25th on December 22 – and she got none other than Hip Hop legend Flavor Flav to assist.
Earlier this month, the Atlanta rapper shared a social media promo for the upcoming celebration, which she is calling “Hoes Up Pimps Down.” The video features a voiceover from the Public Enemy star, who explains that the role-reversal of the 1970s-themed party centers on the era’s pimp aesthetics, before revealing that he will be hosting the event.
“Yo, check this out,” he begins. “Pimpin’ got harder ’cause the hoes got smarter, so the hoes are up, baby, pimps are down. So boss up or get bossed around.
“Everybody grab your mink coats and gather around ’cause on December 22, playas ball is takin’ over town. Hosted by your boy — me. Yours truly, Flavor Flav. Ha ha I hit the Lotto.”
