Playboi Carti is in album mode for 2024 and he recently hit the studio with an unlikely collaborator — Camila Cabello.
Carti took to his Instagram Story over the weekend and posted a flick alongside the former Fifth Harmony singer while the duo was in the studio together. “Baby Girl,” Carti captioned the photo which raised some eyebrows.
A fan chimed in about the random link-up on Akademiks‘ repost: “So fuckin random but Ik this shit gon be fire some how!”

He dropped off another single titled “2024” last week via YouTube which is co-produced by Kanye West and features him using his signature baby voice and then switches up to a deeper flow.

Drizzy reportedly started following the 26-year-old singer over the spring, after she shared a mirror selfie online and quoted his song “Search & Rescue” in the caption: “Take me out the Club. Take me out the Trap. Take me off the market. Take me off the map. I’m trying to hit the group chat and tell them it’s a wrap.”
