Kristen Doute was called out for cheating on Tom Sandoval with Josh Peck‘s friend on a recent episode of Nick Viall‘s podcast.
As the Nickelodeon child actor, 37, was joined by his wife, Paige O’Brien, 33, he put his longtime friend on blast, claiming the Vanderpump Rules star, 40, was bouncing back and forth between Sandoval, 41, and his friend, Gary, before she and Sandoval debuted their troubled romance on Bravo.
“I’ve known Kristen Doute since I was 20,” Josh began on the December 19 episode of The Viall Files.
According to Josh, he was first introduced to Kristen after his best friend’s older brother met her on MySpace.
“We’re at his bombed-out apartment in North Hollywood … and this girl comes in, and like Kristen, I mean she’s still, but then, smoke show. Comes in and we’re like, ‘Gary, who is this girl you met on the internet? This is not normal. It’s 2007.’ And he’s like, ‘She’s cool and she’s from Michigan,’” Josh recalled.
Although Pump Rules was not in existence at the time, Kristen was employed at SUR Restaurant, where the series was originally based, and she quickly became a part of Josh’s friend group.
“She really becomes embedded with us, and like, she just hung out, didn’t have any airs about her. And then she’s dating Gary, and they break up because she cheats on Gary with Sandoval. Then she cheats on Sandoval with Gary,” Josh revealed.
At that point, Paige interjected, adding, “And didn’t like Gary and Sandoval figure it out and they became in contact? They were like, ‘Are we dating the same girl?’ They kept going back and forth.”
Paige then quickly added, “I love you, Kristen,” which prompted a reaction from Kristen when the clip was shared on Nick’s Instagram page.
“I love you too [Paige O’Brien and Josh Peck],” she replied, along with a laughing while crying emoji.
As Pump Rules fans well know, Gary isn’t the only person Kristen cheated on Sandoval with. Years ago on the show, it was disclosed that she had also cheated on Sandoval with his then-best friend, Jax Taylor, 44, during their six-year romance, which ended in 2013.
Years later, Sandoval was involved in an even bigger cheating scandal when he began a months-long affair with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 29, behind the back of his now-ex-girlfriend, Ariana Madix, 38, following a near-decade relationship.
