Rapper Breadwinner Kane has joined in leading a multi-racial, multi-cultural protest in Decatur Alabama that has caught national attention regarding the murder of his family member “Steve Perkins” to demand immediate action to stop the spread of the police killings of innocent black men, and to create a new culture of public safety in this country so that another George Floyd, Sandra Bland , Ahmaud Arbery, and Breonna Taylor doesn’t ever happen again. In his current new single “Memories” Kane’s melodic flow is intended to spread the word about the consistent racial profiling happening hoping this will lead a crowd of people to demand justice for Black lives. “Memories” is dedicated to the family of Steve Perkins in his untimely death.
