Mauricio Umansky has spoken out about the recent dismissal of a lawsuit filed against him concerning the sale of a $32 million mansion in Malibu, California.
Following a four-year legal battle over the potentially fraudulent sale of the home, which was seized by the United States government, Mauricio, 53, released a statement about his legal win while also being spotted out in Aspen, seemingly with influencer Alexandria Wolfe, and attending a holiday party with his estranged wife Kyle Richards, 54, of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
“I am pleased to announce that the four-year lawsuit with Sam Hakim and Aiton Segal is resolved,” Mauricio announced on his Instagram Story. “Neither myself nor The Agency nor Mauricio Oberfeld nor Matt Dugally paid Sam Hakim nor Aiton Segal any compensation.”
According to Mauricio, he and the involved parties of the case agreed to put an end to their legal battle and instead focus on what they could do for “the greater good” of Israel amid their ongoing war with Hamas.
“In that regard, I am pleased to announce that The Agency and I will be making a donation to a charity that supports Israelis affected by the Israel-Hamas war, a cause in which both Mr. Hakim and I champion,” Mauricio shared.
Then, speaking of the lawsuit itself, Mauricio added, “I have always maintained that this case was meritless but have been advised not to speak publicly about any specifics supporting that belief. Now, after all this time of staying silent and where I could not comment to the media and public to defend my reputation, this outcome speaks for itself. And I believe it further supports my feeling about the merits of this case.”
Also on social media, in a series of photos shared by Deux Moi on Instagram, Mauricio was seen with a mystery woman at Aspen’s Cache Cache.
As RHOBH fans may have heard, Mauricio and Alexandria were spotted having dinner over the weekend. And, judging by Mauricio’s outfit in the Deux Moi images, the photos appear to have been taken that same night.
Following his trip to Aspen, Mauricio returned home, where he and his family, including Kyle, celebrated his real estate company’s holiday party.
“Happy Holidays from The Umansky Team,” Farrah Aldjufrie, 35, wrote in the caption of a slideshow of photos from the event.
