Tom Sandoval has launched a new business.
As his ex-girlfriend, Ariana Madix, 38, continued to face hardships as she and Katie Maloney, 36, attempt to open their new sandwich shop, Something About Her, Sandoval, 41, filed an LLC for a production company and welcomed his Vanderpump Rules co-star and business partner, Tom Schwartz, 40, to his podcast, where they shared a public service announcement (PSA) about cheating.
On December 27, The U.S. Sun revealed Sandoval filed an LLC (or Limited Liability Company) for a new business, 551 Productions, on September 22.
Although not many details were given in regard to the filing, the outlet noted that 551 is the street number for the apartment he used to live in with Ariana. And the type of business was listed as a podcast.
It was also noted that the registered corporate agent is Cogency Global Inc., a leading provider of nationwide registries, and that Sandoval listed the $2 million Valley Village home he shares with Ariana as his address on the filing.
Shortly after the filing, Sandoval announced his podcast, Everybody Loves Tom.
“It’s been [seven] months since Scandoval began, and now, Tom is finally telling his side of things,” a bio for the podcast read. “Welcome to Everybody Loves Tom, a brand new podcast from Vanderpump Rules star, Tom Sandoval. Join him every week while he chats with celebrity guests, VPR cast mates, and dives deeper into his personal life than ever before.”
As for Ariana and Katie, they were supposed to open their sandwich shop on October 15 but now hope to start business on January 15.
“It’s one thing after another, so that’s why the date keeps getting pushed back,” a source told The U.S. Sun earlier this month.
As for Sandoval and Schwartz’s cheating PSA, it was shared on the December 21 episode of Everybody Loves Tom, via Us Weekly.
“You should give a PSA right now. If you’re unhappy in your relationship [or] if you feel lost or have experienced feelings for a coworker and it’s starting to escalate, don’t do it,” Schwartz said. “Don’t do it. Just sit down and have that very uncomfortable conversation with your partner. Go to therapy, or just say it’s over. Don’t have a f*cking affair.”
As Pump Rules fans well know, Sandoval, along with his businesses, including Schwartz & Sandy’s and TomTom, took a hit after his months-long affair with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 29, was exposed in March.
Looking back, Sandoval said it was his “insecurity” that led him to betray Ariana.
“I felt like. ‘Oh, my gosh, I can’t lose this other person because I’ll never get this.’ I had such an insecurity with myself that I felt if I let this go, it will never happen again. You can [find that again]. And banking on that is a much safer bet than staying and doing and living in that,” he explained.
He also revealed what led to the affair.
“You become an addict. You cling on to that fling that you had. That euphoria and that feeling you have when you’re with that person. You start to hide from the reality of the rest of your life. And you just become lost in that,” he shared. “Dude, I look back on that now and I’m like, ‘Holy sh*t.’ And Schwartz and other people around me, they saw me and I was f*cking fixated and barely present.”
During another episode of his podcast in October, Sandoval told listeners what he learned from “Scandoval.”
“I fully f*cking regret it. I feel bad about it. I hate that I hurt people. I, for the most part, have been pretty f–king miserable,” he said on his podcast in October. “I don’t ever, ever want to go through what I went through again. I don’t ever want to be responsible or the cause for ever hurting people like that.”
